Starting School...
The first year of school is a huge challenge for all children. One of these challenges is to be able to manage themselves and their belongings, e.g. carrying in their own bag and hanging it up, bringing their book bags into the classroom each morning and putting them into their chair bags. Children need to be able to change their clothes for activities such as Physical Education, to blow their noses and to manage toileting.

When your child starts school, a complete stationery pack will be ready waiting for them. Payment for this is made through the office. Your child will need a chair bag and a library bag, as well. Both may be purchased at school, and some stationery stores also sell chair bags. A library bag could be any sturdy bag big enough to hold and protect a library book, e.g. larger version of the book bag, eco bag, draw string bag.
